  My wife and I recently refinanced our home with Michael Pennington and the RMS team in Fort Mill. RMS laid out the plan in our first meeting letting us know what they were going to need from us and gave us a timeline between gathering paperwork and closing. The process was easy and RMS was very transparent throughout the process! We highly recommend Mike Pennington and his RMS Team!

  The RMS Pennington team completely surpassed all of my expectations. I did not make for an easy approval process and I REALLY wanted to get into my new home. They were in touch and worked with me every step of the way, they were courteous and professional with every interaction, and most importantly they got everything done on time with the best rate I’ve ever seen. I just can’t recommend these superstars enough!

  In the past 3 years I was in contact with 3 Mortgage companies , all were good but this company was simply the best, just amazing and far above those other banks or mortgage companies. I couldn’t be happier. I worked with 3 people in RMS; Michael Pennington, Libby love and Renee Ferrero and sweet lord knows that how much I loved every single one of them. The sweetest people ever. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, very friendly and super responsive. My phone calls , text messages or emails were responded or returned in a heartbeat. There was no waiting, no waste of time. Everything was in order and organized. Michael explained everything in the simplest way in the very beginning plus how beautiful his attitude and his personality was/is. Communication was way too easy with these guys and they made it so convenient for me to send my documents. Whatever way was the easiest for me they would make it possible. Nothing was complicated. And I got the best interest rate in the end of the day. Very happy. I’m pretty sure that my next purchase will be wherever Michael is licensed in. Great company. Highly recommended.
