Alisha Capener5I had a very pleasant experience with Monica at Access One. She took the time to explain my options and help me figure out what I could afford. She was very patient with me and my hundreds of questions. I could tell she knew what she was doing and didn't rush me. I was very happy with Health First a few years ago and so far have the same view of Access One.

Rhonda Gordon5I spoke to Mary this morning. I saw the deduction on my bank statement and did not know what it was for. She took the time to find out what is was for and then took my payment to pay it off. Then she made sure the auto pay was disconnected and gave me a confirmation number, She was patient, very personable and and pleasant. I would happily recommend AccessOne to everyone!.
