  After agonizing with several hospital bills I called AccessOne and spoke with Monica, she was extremely helpful and supportive in helping me to set up a payment plan. I could not believe how relieved I felt after speaking with her. She was calming helpful and understanding. In these unprecedented times when everyone is going through something it was such a pleasure to speak with someone like her. You never know how a small act of kindness can really lift someone up.   I had a very pleasant experience with Monica at Access One. She took the time to explain my options and help me figure out what I could afford. She was very patient with me and my hundreds of questions. I could tell she knew what she was doing and didn't rush me. I was very happy with Health First a few years ago and so far have the same view of Access One.

  I spoke to Mary this morning. I saw the deduction on my bank statement and did not know what it was for. She took the time to find out what is was for and then took my payment to pay it off. Then she made sure the auto pay was disconnected and gave me a confirmation number, She was patient, very personable and and pleasant. I would happily recommend AccessOne to everyone!.

  Very grateful for Access One. Customer support was so understanding and helpful. My accounts got sent back to my original billing office. After finding out this had occurred, customer service was wonderful in helping me get everything set back up with no problem.

  In these hard times this company helps with unexpected and usually large bills. Super easy to set up a payment plan that fits your budget. Friendly email reminders when due. They also have exceptional customer service.
