  From beginning to end, I felt comfortable. After looking and going through various companies and being dissatisfied; I am so happy I chose Mr. Hungerford and his team. From beginning to end, I always felt well informed and the communication was amazing. However, the biggest win of the experience, outside of becoming a homeowner, was that I didn’t feel like a quick sale. I felt like family. I felt like I mattered during the process and that Mr. Hungerford and his team would do whatever it took to make sure I was a homeowner, even if it took a little extra prayer and faith in some situations.   It was a pleasure to work with the RMC team and preferably Derick Hungerford. When our appraisal came back very different due to the make of the home with an ADU (additional dwelling unit) which changed the terms of our financing. This is where having a company with experience and knowledge was instrumental becsuse this hiccup was like a walk in the park for them. They got everything figured out with minimal affect regarding our out of pocket cash. On top of that as we were nearing the closing phase my husband and I contracted COVID. This was a challenge because I could barely talk but the team pushed through in communicating with us and got us over the finish line and into our new home. Which we are loving.
