  There is a reason Wade and his team have a 4.9 rating. They are really amazing. I've done both home purchases and refinances with Wade Browning and his team and they are amazing. Fast, helpful, efficient, clear. I knew they were great, but had to work with another mortgage broker in another state, which only highlighted how on top of it they are. The other person was disorganized, late, uncommunicative, etc. Wade is really one of the best professionals I've worked with. Pricing is competitive, but it is one of those situations where I would actually pay more to work with them because it is so worth it just to work with people who know what they are doing and are helpful, attentive, honest, and competent. Highly recommend!

  Wade Browning is a true professional. He walked me through the mortgage process and answered all my questions. He made me feel right at home. I know he's very busy but I never felt rushed. I have bought 3 homes in my lifetime and this was, by far, the easiest, sanest, and most professional experience of the three.   I am a first time home buyer and I was so nervous about making the big step to buying a home. Wade made the entire process so easy and painless. He was professional but so patient and kind with all of my questions.   I've worked with Wade for 10 yrs now. Over those years he has called me several times to let me know he has found a better rate for me. I just had the best refinance experience a few weeks ago. (better interest rate, saved money, got rid of PMI insurance and lowered the # of years on my note) He is very knowledgeable and very nice. Go see Wade if your thinking about buying a home or refinancing!
