  Sent all my information to see what they offered, I did not like the terms and they called everyday thereafter. Finally sending me a message that I "wasn't approved" 😂😂 liars and cheats

  RUDE RUDE RUDE!! Call to make a pay off and told "We don't like pay-offs" YA because you all are loan sharks, and want to charge DOUBLE with your interest!! I hope NO ONE deals with ONE MAIN in any state! YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!

  when you have trouble making payment's and have to call in one of the officer's there make you feel horrible i don't usually miss thank God but i call in as soon as i know i need to change my due date

  Refinancined a car through them, had a accident with my car on the 19 Jan 2019 notified the company in Bowling Green Kentucky, my insurance Company has a payout for 21000.00 and my gap covers the difference, on the 22 Jan 2019 3 way conversation with my insurance and them, the representatives for ONEMAIN said they’ll get the letter out by faxed either that day or next day, Thursday I called again they said we have 48 hrs to get it out, again they said either or tomorrow it’s friday night 25 January 2019 my insurance Company hasn’t received they letter so that they can send the payment, Yet Tuesday they said they’d get right on it... when my accounts are paid in Full, no matter what life brings I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

  I had a lady by the name of Fawn call my company to get a payout on a customer and was so rude to me on the phone. I have never had to use them and if I ever had to i would not go to this one.

  Good company to deal with and good managers but lady answering the phone when you first call in is rude and makes Snide comments.
