  You call them for a loan but they never call you back to say if you’re approved are not bad business could have call and say you didn’t get the loan or not

  I’ve been with them for almost two years and I’ve been treated respectfully every time I’ve interacted with each individual I’ve spoken too, this is by phone and going in the office. Since Covid-19 , I’ve received additional amazing treatment by helping adjust my payments for a small period of time , a lot of finance companies are not even telling their customers they can adjust payments for them. I also treat the employees with kindness, and sad to see that almost seem a little shocked because I give them such consideration for their jobs. Be kind and kindness comes back to you. 😀

  I had money for another customer's payment taken out of my bank account!!!!! Prior to that I had an additional payment that I did not agree to taken out of my account!!! I was told sorry and that I needed to bring in my bank statement to receive the $285.00 back and but it would be in check form!! This place is horrible and extremely unprofessional!! DO NOT GO HERE!! You have been warned!!!

  I was told that I needed to use my car for collateral because my credit isn't so great. Most people with perfect credit wouldn't even go this route. It's even like a last option for people who do have bad credit. I could have repaid the loan in 1/4 the time requested. Proof of my income proved that. But your ability to pay back isn't important; just your credit score. Almost glad I didn't get approved.
