genesis ford1I am so disappointed with the customer service from Renasant Bank. I was with Brand bank and unfortunately, they were bought out by Renasant. Their systems are always down. Atm are down at least 1-2 a month. To be such a big bank poor customer service.. Ladda at the Suwanee location is not friendly at all, I spoke to her yesterday about a new debit card, but guess what of course the system was down so could not do anything, she took my info stated that she would order a new card the next day and give me a call.. Guess what? I had to call her and then wait for her to return my call, she then proceeded to tell me that a new card was ordered, I asked why she didn't call to tell me and her excuse was that I told her I was going to a different branch the next day to get a temp card while waiting on my other card that takes of course 7-10 business days to get .. What kind of customer service is this? She knew I was mad and did nothing to try and make it better besides ordering card , no call to communicate with me, No call to see was there anything they could do to make it better since the system was down when I went in yesterday. Ms. Ladda is not the person to deal with at the Suwanee location if you want communication. She lacks that. she might order what she says she will but you will not know about it unless you call her.. Renasant Bank needs to train on communication and technical problems that occur monthly.

Alan Carleton1Checked the web site to verify video teller hours and it clearly states until 6:00 PM Bust my tail fighting traffic to make it to deposit a check that was imparitive I get in the bank. I arrive at 5:50 put my card in the machine and it say SORRY WE ARE CLOSED! What's up with that? Not Happy!
