  All I can say is WOW. Melissa Kerbow is an amazing woman. She helped me through my entire loan process and was a miracle worker. When another lender took a week to get to me, she got me approved in 4 hours. A beacon of positivity, professionalism, genuine care. This lady right here is the real deal.   Troy and his team are exemplary. Troy was an amazing Mortgage Loan Officer, he kept us abreast of where we were in the process and never hesitated to answer any of our questions. His personality and humor made the home loan process a wonderful experience. He went out of his way to ensure our home loan was on track from the beginning to end. He was SUPER knowledgeable about every step of the process. We are veterans, he was very structured and did his due diligence to make sure we had no issues during our loan process. Thank you!   Sandy from Fairway is simply the best! She worked with us for about 5 months while we were on the search for our perfect home. She and Lynn had everything in order and constantly updated so when we finally went under contract it was effortless on our end. She explained all of our financing options, answered all of our questions and helped us make the best decisions financially for us. She even got us the lowest rate possible which was about 2% lower than when we first started with her. Not to mention the sweetest person you'll ever meet. Always happy and ready to help! We love Sandy and would recommend her and Fairway to anyone looking to make the most stressful part of home buying just a little bit easier.
