      playing too many games over a pin number for a card. my girlfriend shouldnt have to jump through hoops to access her money. very bad customer phone service. needs to improve for a better rating but as for the experience we had tonight reliant isnt very reliable. 1 star

      Your hours are WRONG on google for saturdays. they close at 1 maybe you should change that along with your "dwindling customer service" and the unnamed fees.

      Very few functional lending and credit building options. Friendly helpful tellers and decent hours. Horrid parking lot to leave during business hours.

      Can not even get a phone call back from branch manager. Honestly very disappointed with the service at this bank. Closing my acct!!!!!!
