  Reliant Bank was great, but ever since United bought them, it's been downhill. Everything about United is a pain so far so I will be closing all my accounts. We had a good run. Nobody calls me back to send a wire, finally get a hold of somebody, and they want me to drive to the branch to fill out some busywork form. Business owners don't have time for this nonsense. Their billpay doesn't have an option for electronic/ACH payments. The list goes on. I'm OUT.

  This is really the best bank in town! I've been with some of the other bigger banks and they just treat me like a number. While I agree it would be nice to have more branches around the area -like in Columbia or Spring Hill, everybody is super nice there. Whenever I call with a question or problem, they go out of their way to help me. I stay with them, too because even though they don't have a lot of branches, their online stuff is amazing. There's almost nothing I can't do on their site, so I don't really need to go there anyway.

  Chuck Wells is the man for the mortgage job! Chuck provides the advice you need to get the best deal. He takes care of his clients and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend Chuck for your mortgage needs!

  My Experience was with Erich Chadwick (out of the Lenox Branch Manager) Nashville office he made this process seamless, easy to communicate with since I was on a time crunch- he was very flexible with my schedule and helped me right away! Would recommend family and friends! Great Customer Service, I look forward to doing business with Reliant & Erich.
