  Who do I need to ask to give these people more stars! When you think of buying a house or any property it can be sooo overwhelming especially to a first time homebuyer, and if I'm being totally honest I procrastinated and always got a little bit of anxiety when I would think of calling and taking the first step. BUT luckily I didn't have to call at all, Garrett had called me and I'm beyond blessed that I answered that call. Garrett kindly held my hand and walked me through the process. Everyone on his team is not only professional but also very thorough. Patience is a virtue and man does his team have it, they were so understanding and patient with the different questions that I had. So thank you Garrett, Jonathan (the amazing underwriting guru), and Kelly (the lightning fast cash to close ninja) because of you I can now say that I am a homebuyer! So needless to say I would recommend Garrett Locklear's team from Movement Mortgage!

  Garrett and Jonathan are the most competent, knowledgeable and helpful guys in the business. I've used them for two purchases and a refi, and send all my friends and family to them. Absolutely smooth process every time and best rates/costs I've seen, even after having shopped around.

  This team is amazing. They were very quick to answer my questions and their online application system makes it very easy and is very user friendly. We closed in just a couple weeks on our refinance. I would recommend this company to anyone! I was actually referred from another very happy client. Hmmm, there seems to be a theme here!

  We've purchased a home and refinanced that home with Garrett and team. The biggest advantage that the Locklear team has is speed. Not only was the process significantly faster than most brokers, but it was cheaper as well. I can't recommend the team enough.
