  This is literally the best bank I've yet to encounter. All the lady's that work here are exceptionally nice kind and proffesional!! If they don't know something they'll work with you and figure it out. I can't say enough about Ashley and Brittney they are so wonderful!! They really make me feel cared about 💕 💞 ♥️ 💜 💙 🧡 💕

  ALL banks should at least have one day during the week where they have later working hours. *Example- Friday open 8:30-6:00. This should be their company policy IF they are not opening on Saturdays part-time. Closing at 4:30 is quite an inconvenience for those that don’t get off work til 5:00. I’m saying this to all banking businesses.

  Every interaction I've had with all Reliant locations has been nothing but positive and today was no exception in Lyles. Denise Thompson, Asst. VP, was a huge asset and helped me with my situation in less than 30 minutes, start to finish! Everyone at Reliant Bank in Lyles has been great and I've been thrilled with my service each time!! 👍🏼💜 Thank you! J Brown

  My son went to this banks ATM 2yrs ago and tried to withdraw some money and didn't receive it. It came out of his account but they acted as if he didn't have the money on his card. Now the same thing has happened to my roommate! If you try to get money out of there bank and don't get it, it should be there Responsible to give you your money!

  My visit on 4/5/19 was a little unpleasant I felt like I was bothering the teller. When I asked if I could get a fifty dollar bill back she said she had none. What good is a bank if you can't get money back in the way you need or want.

  There is a thief working here. Father complained that someone was taking money from his account and out of his safe deposit box. When he died, we went to clear out the safe deposit box. I have the key to it and went there with him to put things in it. They swore he had NEVER had a box there. Someone took a lot of silver and coins.
