  We are repeat customers with Reliance First Capital and have been very pleased with their service each time we've used them them. Lisa Martin went out of her way to work with us and provide us with multiple options as our family of four quickly turned to empty-nesters over a 18 month period. We were unsure if we'd refinance or buy something smaller and Lisa had options for us for either decision. Their product for uploading documents to them is simple and intuitive. They also have a professional team when it comes to closing. Lisa looked out for our interest and gave us very personal service every step of the way. We can't say enough nice things about her service.

  Had such an amazing experience doing my refinance with reliance first capital. Audrey Morrell was incredible!! We have had trouble with other companies(Loan Depot, and QuickenLoans), and Audrey was able to overcome every obstacle that came her way. Thank you so much!!

  Mr. T. Ferrell is exceptional, then add the team of Reliance First Capital and all is awesome. Mr.. Ferrell is very good at what he does and that is guiding clients through unfamiliar financial maze. He makes it much easier with phone calls, of updates and reassurances.   WOW, I dont have the words to explain how Nick Newlon was able to work his magic and help me refinance our home with such ease and professionalism! He was able to understand what my wife and I were looking for and nailed it right on the dot! He was very knowledgeable on helping us understand the refinance process and was excellent on communicating with us when we had questions! Bethanny (Manager) also reassured me that I was in good hands and even gave me her contact info just in case Mr. Newlan was out of the office and I had a question or needed immediate assistance! You guys really rocked 🔥🤘 with your world class customer sevice!   What impressed me the most was the communication. I absolutely love Brittani, she is so friendly and professional. Through the loan process if at any time we had a question, our phone calls and emails were returned promptly. Our loan closed in record time and for the most part was a painless process. If you are looking to purchase or refi, I strongly recommend Reliance First Capital. Also a shout out to Yara, I really appreciate the patience she showed throughout the loan process.
