  This is my 5th home I purchased and my first time working with IKON Mortgage. Summer and her team made the impossible possible. Our financial situation was definitely not as simple as many but IKON Mortgage made it happened. They could have easily say no to us but they stuck beside us, got through our challenges and help us secure the house we wanted! Thank you so much Summer, Savannah & Jon!

  I cannot begin to express how grateful I am am for Ikon mortgage (Jon). He truly was heaven sent!! After starting the process of getting approved for a new build construction, which ended up being the worst, most stressful 6 month approval experience, I ended up not moving forward with the deal. Panicked thinking I could possibly have to extend my lease at an apt again, I stumbled on my dream home and started the process of approval with Jon on the same day I found the home. I had to place an offer because the seller was choosing that day. Time was seriously of the essence. Within a few hours, I was pre-approved. By the grace of God, we were chosen!!!!! Closing set in 30 days….and Jon made it happen! We are happy homeowners of our dream home! This was the easiest/ stress-free process. Jon is very knowledgeable, personable, professional. You are treated as an individual not just a number. Communication is key!! And there was never a lack of communication. I was informed on every part of this process. I highly recommend Ikon mortgage!! Moving forward, Ikon will be our go to! Thanks again for all you have done for my family!

  Braden did an amazing job taking care of our complicated Refi! He walked us through every step. He’s knowledgeable and provides very personalized service. He even arranged for a notary while we were in a remote town on our vacation over 2,000 miles away! He went above and beyond.

  From the time we called our advisor Jon on a late Friday night no less to help us start our process until we closed on our house. Jon was by our side, and made everything so smooth and almost effortless. I can't say enough about Jon or IKON Mortgage. I would give them more stars if I could do it. Best experience buying a home.   Jon, Summer, and Savannah really know what they're doing at IKON. They lowered my interest rate by 0.75% but best of all, they made the whole process very very easy! We started the refinance process on June 1st and closed on June 14th. What I appreciate the most about them though, is their honesty. I asked Jon if I should refinance my mortgage loan 5 months ago when interest rates were lower and he told me not to, because it didn't make sense at the time. It's rare to find someone in the sales business that puts their customers best interests ahead of their own commission checks. That is exactly why I will refer everyone I know to IKON mortgage for all of their mortgage lending needs!
