  Josh was incredible to work with! So very nice and knowledgeable regarding the process of refinancing. Josh was very hands on and always communicated in an extremely timely manner.   Josh worked diligently to complete our refinance! He is a very kind man and was very efficient in everything he did. He also made sure that if we had any questions, he would fully explain and is very knowledgeable! We enjoyed working with him and he made the process easy even in times that it seemed to be impossible, he made it happen! His strong faith and confidence in the company allowed us to be at ease with the whole process. He quickly smoothed out any issues that came up and if he couldn’t resolve it on his own, he would go to his boss and it was handled immediately! Overall I would say our experience was great and we would highly recommend Josh and Reliance First Capital.

  We have been working with Josh for approximately six months. We had had a few issues that needed to be cleared up prior to moving on but once we cleared up some of these issues and started the process it’s been really easy going. Josh has been very patient with us and it’s been an absolute pleasure to work with him very much appreciate Way he handled our entire process I’m very true professional and I’m very honest individual.   Josh was absolutely amazing to work with on our VA refinance. He was very knowledgeable working with the VA type of loan and help to facilitate the document workflow in a orderly manner to expedite the entire process. I could always rely on Josh if I had a question about a form or what ever. He usually had the documents ready for the underwriters before they asked. If anyone is not using all there stars, add them to Josh here. Thank You Josh

  The loan itself took longer than I had hoped due to actions on my part but Josh tried really hard to make everything work out for the best and stayed on top of everything to help it go as smoothly as possible!
