  I had the best and most comfortable experience working with Rohit and his team for a refinance. Rohit is very calm and gave me all the options and explained the pro and cons in detail. He did not put any pressure on me and gave me time to make my decision. He also gave me the best rate compared to other agents I looked into. His team was very quick and completed the work much earlier than I expected. I would work with him in the future without thinking twice. Keep up with the good work.

  We were referred to Rohit for our home refinance by our friend who also used him recently. We were told that “Rohit will close your house with the best interest rate before you know it”. Indeed, He was super responsive and professional. We got the lowest rate, and were able to close the house within a couple of weeks! I would HIGHLY recommend him and Reliance to anyone!!

  Reliance Financial Group (and specifically Rohit Lobo) has been a mortgage consultant for our home buying/refinancing on three occasions. Besides being highly professional in his interaction, there was absolute transparency and super responsiveness when we had questions, had to bounce off ideas, examine varied strategies, etc. And if you are getting a better deal elsewhere he has the honesty to tell you that and wish you well.   I met Rohit in 2011 when we first bought the house. He made our dreams realize into reality. It was a tough buy with lots of drama in the buying, but in the end he made it happen. Later he helped us with refinance as well. He is an amazing person to work with and also his team. He is detail oriented and helps you save money wherever possible.   I have worked with Reliance Financial twice - once for a interest refi and other on a cash-out refi and in both cases, this mortgage loan broker was very efficient in speedy electronic decision making. Anand Desai on application creation really was understanding so was Rohit Lobo on the true benefits. The refi experience was very smooth and in control. I would recommend Reliance Financial to anyone who is looking for a trusted God fearing company to do their mortgage loans with many key loan lenders.
