  I had the opportunity of working with Lucky Sandhu recently on the purchase of a property one of my buyer was buying. It was indeed wonderful working with a professional like him. Lucky was introduced to me by the buyer who expressed his unquestionable trust in him. Since the buyer had so much of faith, I was also curious to see how he would deliver.   I have been in the professional services industry for 15 years now and I though I knew what great client services was but Lucky and his team has taken that to the next level. I was a Chase client and thought I would refinance with them since it would be easy because they have all my information however thought I should reach out and just test the waters but never really thought I would change. However after my first conversation with Lucky it was clear he is someone that would go the extra mile. I had some complexities due conflict on interest in certain lenders however he worked with me and not only did he get me a lot better rate than Chase his closing cost was considerably less.   2016: Lucky and his team was great to work with during the refinance process. They were always quick to respond to my questions, even after-hours and on the weekend! They got me and my wife a great rate, cutting our monthly mortgage payment by just over 10%. They explained every step of the process and there were no unexpected hiccups along the way. We will be happy to work with them again in the future. 2021 Update: Always a pleasure working with Lucky and his team! We refinanced our house with him a few years ago. We were thinking about refinancing again recently because rates had gone down, but was busy with work and didn’t have the time to initiate the process. Lucky kept track of our mortgage and saw a good opportunity for us to refinance again and reached out. Was very glad he helped get the ball rolling this time. Got a better rate and was able to take some cash out without making much of a change to our monthly payment.

  I have worked with Lucky Sandhu on several real estate deals, both personal and investment (in State and out of State) over several years.   Lucky and his team were the most helpful and supportive in our home buying journey. As the first time home buyers we had a lot of questions.
