  Finance my car with this company for 2yrs and sometimes when i called they always busy and my phone calls goes to a vmail so today i finally went to the office in federal way to see the office myself and to see if they really that busy hahaha but yes sure enough this is a busy office eventho there are about 15 workers there. Its beautiful office very helpful workers. Today i finally pay off my car its been 2 long yrs yayyyyy!!!!!

  This company was good to me. They gave me a loan when I did have bad credit and of course the APR was high. But people have to realize they are taking a risk of lending you money. They don't know how responsible you are...clearly not that responsible. There was an issue were I couldn't refinance my car with them twice which is understandable. Overall I paid on time every month and no one bothered me. I received great customer service everytime I called.

  Although the interest rate is higher, that's usually the consumer fault for some not so great credit. They have done me well so far and go the extra mile. I usually work with Serena and she is awesome!!

  Got a call from the store in Federal Way Manager Christoper, thanking me for taking the time to do a survey and I thought that was good business and personal acknowledgement customer service. I needed a loan but since I'm rebuilding did not want another inquiry on my credit, but it was worth it. I got approved and was able to pick up my check and all this was done in 30 minutes time. Not saying I will always expect just take 30 minutes for a loan, but I happen to have all the things I needed to be approved. Reliable just keep on impressing over and over. I really thought they could not get even better, but they did. I will not go anywhere else, although the rates are a little higher I still think it's worth it especially if you are rebuilding. Because I pay them on time I have been able to get other credit cards from other department stores, master card and my credit score just keep on climbing up and up. I will never miss a payment or go anywhere else. They treat you good and they will help you if you trying to help yourself by paying on time and doing what you are suppose to be doing to help your account. So if you are rebuilding your credit or just want to do business with the best and tired of the rest please come to Reliable credit where your loan is in reliable hands.

  Honestly yes my interest rate was high seeing that I never used my credit for anything but life happened and I lost my job I called them to explain and see what I can do and the person that I was talking to laughed like it was funny. They repossessed my truck sold it and now forcing me to pay the difference. I understand this is how they run businesses so in the future I will never get another loan. Lesson learned just make sure you fully know what your signing up for and to go with a different loan business this business is like a high school I went in one time they first off couldn’t even help me with my question of can I put storage insurance on the truck instead of full coverage seeing the transmission went out the next month of having the truck then some of them was on the phone as soon as they hung up the phone it was gossip city they was talking about everyone they talked to on the phone just childish I won’t ever do it again and I just wanted to better my credit instead it’s worst I don’t even check my credit like I used too!!!! Thanks reliable you really live up to your name

  Why isn't there a negative star button on this page? Cuz I would like to rate this company negative stars. No matter how desperate you are dont do business with them because once you miss a couple payment they will tow your car middle of night without even notifying you. Furthermore ask all cash in person to pay off + repossession fee. My car was taken 2hours from where I live and now I'm here waiting to repossess my car. If you dont want this kind of experience, think twice before you sign your papers. This company will make your situation worse and lastly this company cant even pull out the past payment history lol. What a joke

  I took out a loan just to make payments and build credit, all had been well even though I’d been late twice before. Nothing was said or done, regular fee applied and everything was good. Once it came time that they would make more auctioning it and repossessing it because I had less to pay off than they would make at repossession, they took it without ANY warning and demanded a minimum of 4,000$ within 10 days to get it back. I had only been 40 days late on a payment. This company is a scam and I’ve never heard of any “reliable” company doing this. Not to mention our reason for a lack of one payment was due to a preterm labor pregnancy. Shameful. Everyone here should congregate and start a giant lawsuit for their poor practices, the zero notice and random repossession is similar to that of a street gang. Unprofessional, aggressive, and untrustworthy. I’ve reliably paid to built my credit for over a year on an 18,000 dollar car with over three quarters paid off and that is literally flushed down the toilet and damaging my credit with nothing to show after they’ve taken thousands from me in interest. Sickening really.
