Reliable Credit Reviews

leah johnson1Liars and mis-sellers. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Reliable Credit called to tell me how on-time my payments have been and I can apply for further help at any time. Been saying that for past three months. Once I do ask for help, they said there's no way I can get further help and that there was a "key" word in their verbal messaging of "may" apply for help. No, they been saying I can apply for further loans at any time and been thankful for my business ( I make payments to them on a truck that barely runs)

Cody Clemmer1Really bad place to even consider getting a loan thru. My mom tried getting a truck, and since I tried getting one thru them, based they’re decision off of my loan. They approved me then took back they’re word. So. When she applied she was told that they thought she was buying the truck for me. Both of our credit is good and had plenty of income. But we got one immediately thru another bank. Horrible horrible place.

Michael Shurtleff5I am a bankruptcy attorney with Salem Law LLC. My experience with Reliable Credit is that they are a professional, straightforward company that does what they say they are going to do. Recently we filed bankruptcy for a client who's car had just been repossessed by Reliable Credit. They immediately followed the law and allowed our client to pick up the car, no questions asked. It helps to have the law on your side, but it is also an indication of their professional behavior, that they did not attempt to make the process difficult for our client.

Lola Martinez5I was in business with reliable credit for 6 years, I never had any issues. When I would call the 1-888 number someone always answered the phone and was polite. My business now has ended with them and I must say it was a great experience the whole 6 years.

Jeremy Wadkins1I got a car loan from Reliable credit for $5000. I put 1200 as a down payment. I Talked to Brian at reliable credit. A week after I took the car home he called me. He was rude and beligerant on the phone. He accused me of lying about working year round at my job. I tried to explain that it was a simple misunderstanding. My boss told him it was a seaonal job, but didnt mention that i would be staying on at the company. Furthermore I told him I already had the full amount to pay off the loan if that would help. He didnt care what I said. He ignored me and just wanted to get me off the phone. the next day...the car lot called and said they cancelled my loan and the car had to be returned. I had already sold my other car and done $200 of repairs to the new car. so now i was stuck with no car and lost the money i had spent. Rarely in my life have I dealt with someone so rude and unprofessional at a company. Felt like I was being interrogated and threatened. Dont use this company if possible. Alaskanhigh3They gave us a car loan and were the only company that would extend a loan to us (at that time, we had poor credit) so we were hapy about that and thankful that someone would finance the car for us. The customer service has always been great, but please be aware of what you're signing and agreeing to (READ THE SMALL PRINT) and don't be shocked when you end up paying nearly DOUBLE the sticker price for the car you bought. We have been faithfully paying $305 a month for nearly 3 years (never been late on a single pymt!) and we are JUST NOW beginning to pay off the prinicple balance. We have paid THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS in interest. If you can get a credit union to finance you...DO SO!!! Run away and don't look back! IF you have bad credit..then you may be stuck like we were, but build it up and then refinance your car as soon as another agency/bank will take it!!! We are transferring our loan to a credit uinion now and our interest rate is going down by more than half! It's great they will help people when noone else will..but be prepared to pay a pretty penny for that help!
