      Was forced to use this company through a transaction. The Alta was incorrect, and after 3 weeks we still have not received proceeds from the transaction. You absolutely cannot "reli" on this company. You would think that when dealing with thousands of dollars this company would eagerly want to correct issues to ensure speedy payment to all parties. Instead, they are more about moving on to the next transaction than making sure all of the details are handled from current or past business. Do yourself a favor and choose a different closing representative.

      Can’t say enough about how professional these folks are. Getting a loan closed on a refi during a pandemic not the easiest thing to do! But Reli had a great set up that put me at ease, social distancing, gloves, masks, hand sanitizer the works!! Thank you all so very much. God bless and keep you.

      Worst company ever to deal with. Company is very unprofessional and believes in giving the runaround. This location doesn't believe in sticking to deadlines and having a sense of urgency.
