  Worst branch my husband and I have ever dealt with. Twice in one week our account has gone from almost 3k to -300$. Said they couldn’t do anything about it. “Manager wasn’t there”. Was on hold for an hour either then with no help. Called the regions in five points and they had it fixed within twenty minutes.

  I called this location twice for loan information. Both times they said they were busy and would call me back. They have never called back. I called the Branch in Hampton Cove and received EXCELLENT help.

  I used to bank at Regions and chose to switch. Not to say "stay away" it just wasn't my bank. Nice location and friendly staff.

  They are all liars there. Their supervisor is rude and the assistant manager Pam is the biggest liar of them all.

  This is not the closest regions to me but it is my favorite and I go past the other locations to get to this location .
