  I personally love this company. My dad recommended them to me when I was going through a tough court custody battle. I was only approved for a small amount but this first Franklin team worked hard and was able to approve me for a higher amount. Constance is very sweet and caring. She’s very understanding and will try to work with you the best that she can! 10/10 if I can rate higher then a 10 I definitely would!!! Thank you so much first Franklin team! You guys have changed my life tremendously. I will always choose you.

  I have absolutely loved my experience with this company. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. Beth has literally went out of her way to help me out this year. They have been so understanding and helpful throughout 2020 even through being laid off due to Covid. You really couldn’t ask for a better experience. I am forever thankful for their help!

  Ms Constance went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She was very professional and polite throughout the entire process. Ms Constance explained everything in detail and asked several times if there where any questions. She had a positive attitude and an uplifting spirit. She was happy to help. I highly recommend 1st Franklin.

  I didn’t have the best experience at first, but Ashley, the branch manager, made up for it. She was really nice and has an upbeat personality. She was really personable and gave me great customer service.
