  ATM never works and they are so rude. I go to the big bend branch. They are super nice and the ATM has always been good.

  I have had no complaints for this regions until recently but it is a ridiculous hassle/inconvenience dealing with this Branches ATM. In over a month I have had to walk inside every single time I needed to deposit because rhe ATM keeps returning my money 100% of the time. You think this would br a problem that is solved quickly.

  So, after 14 years banking with Regions Bank.. I’ll be closing my account thanks to the Riverview (Winthrop Village) branch over a $50 discrepancy. The teller told me I was $50 short, so I parked and went inside because I counted my deposit three times before bringing it to the bank. When I went inside.. they offered no resolution to the problem besides either depositing the money -$50 or “take it and go”. I’ve never been short or miscounted my money in the 14 years I’ve been banking and to be treated with such poor customer service at this branch.. you’ve ultimately lost my business. What they should have done was broken down and balanced the drawer for any overages or possibly check the cameras? NOTHING was done.

  I've been standing in line now for 15 mins...How can they have 1 teller for the inside and 1 for the drive thru on Friday? I realize most transactions can take place on line, however, there are something's you can't do! Ugh! Get more help!!

  These people are so two faced all nice and polite until there’s a problem then your talked about while reps train other talked about while on a call but never talked too. Opened my account in a Thursday closed it on Tuesday which took going to this location and calling customer services to do

  For months i cash my check every sat there . Then this sat the teller and the manager decide I cant. Should of went to a differnt branch. Seriously may be switching bamks ! 😡
