  If I could give them 100 stars I would. I visited this branch for the first time as an out of towner. I was in town to purchase a vehicle and had to go to Regions to get information on how to get money to dealership, that didn't accept the form of payment I had. The employees were non judgemental and very helpful. Chelsey is amazing she went over & beyond to make sure I got what I needed.. They were very patient & had empathy for my situation. I had traveled over 3 hours to Alabama & was thinking I was going to have go home empty handed, but thanks to the dedication of the staff I did not...the Regions Bank in Memphis could learn a lot from this location. Thanks again

  Every experience for me with the tellers has been a great experience, so far. I have been coming here now for over 2 years. Great people, they go above and beyond their call of duty to make every experience a pleasant one. They always greet you at the door, nice friendly and very accommodating. Thank you Regions!!!🤗😍🤗😍

  I love going into this branch in Meridianville Al and I know the people there . They have always made me feel so welcome and at home ! My husband has been with Redstone Federal Credit Union for 18 years and he still gets called Mr.Davis !? Professional yes , but no where near personal and inviting !

  Super nice tellers, I love the lady that always greets me when I go in. She is sooooo happy and upbeat, it makes me smile everytime.

  Im assuming they are now accepting mortgage applications in the drive thru, as ive been here for 30 mins and still have not moved. REDICULOUS

  I waited on hold for 30 minutes and never got a real person on the phone. Horrible customer service. I will be closing my accounts and moving my business elsese where....
