  Should offer ATM withdrawals from other banks since they’re the only bank on Winchester. Always a long line, low staffed, and I hate coming here. The only reason I’m doing business here is because of their loan rates. Otherwise their banking fees are absurd and REDSTONE JUST SUCKS. PS the staff is okay.. but not well trained on their own mobile app. I had to go to Wells Fargo just to get them to show me how to use Redstone’s app. Their staff can’t resolve problems without calling their support line. Maybe have better trained staff and offer more than just decent loan rates… Can’t wait to have this loan paid off so I don’t have to come here anymore!

  Redstone Federal Credit Union has been my family’s bank for a while now and we’ve always had good service from our go to location on Winchester road. It can be quite busy, especially on Fridays but otherwise it’s not bad.

  Gotta love watching a bunch of Redstone employees standing around doing nothing while the line for tellers is wrapping around. If we all actually stood in a straight line after the barriers, I'd be out past the first row of parking spots. Real smart considering it makes it almost impossible to properly social distance. We all know Redstone makes small fortunes off of every single person that banks here. There's no way they can't afford to fix this.
