  I was and always have been treated like I’m part of a family at Redstone. I would tell anyone looking for a bank to go to Redstone you will not be disappointed.

  Do NOT use redstone they will scam you out of your money!!! I had -55$ on my account and the woman I talked to in Meridianville Alabama On the phone refused to refund my money when I got scammed! They will do the same to you

  Three times now I have sat in line for the new ATM/Teller Combo machines only to get to the machine and once it did not accept deposits, the second and 3rd time it did not distribute cash. I questioned the teller and Ashley said they will not turn off the Green Lane light unless the entire thing is broken so you have to sit in line and then find out they cant help you once you get to the machine. Then you have to pull around the whole building and get in line again in another lane or go inside. Never had that problem with humans and the tubes. They could easily come up with smart lane lights that could describe the current condition of that machine so you don't waste your time. Personally not impressed with the machines or the service at this Redstone anymore.

  I became a member of Redstone about a year ago and my boyfriend has used them for about 2 years. They're about the nicest group of bank staff I've ever met. No judgment, very friendly and helpful. I've yet to have a bad experience with them as a bank as a whole. Couldn't recommend more.

  The greatest expierence I’ve ever had at a bank Zanar Patel was far more than amazing or incdable. Excellent customer service went she went above and beyond to help. Other staff was very warm and welcoming they sincerely cared about anyone who can in the door. This bank gets 100 % right across the board. Amazing amazing amazing
