  I walked all the way to regions to go get my $40 Western Union wire. But the bank requires ID even though western union offers an option to pick up your wire with the password and confirmation number, the bank refused. I called the one 800 number for regions and they said it is at the bank managers discretion. So they consciously made the decision to tell me know and waste my entire lunch hour. The ladies were both rude and unaccommodating I see why this bank has such a low rating

  All other banks have opened, but even with an appointment, I can't go in to speak with someone. Not all business can be done through the drive thru or ATM! Not happy with Regions at all.

  Slow slow slow fees fees fees. Lousy customer wait times every time. Lots of people at desks doing nothing. As I write this review I am still in line waiting. And waiting and waiting.
