      How can it be called a bank if it doesn't have any cash that I need to take out of my account? They couldn't change a $100 bill or sell me a roll of quarters.Only response is that I should use the ATM machine, which I do not want to do. It doesn't matter how nice the employees are if they can't help. Please put the tellers back and make it a bank again. It used to be a five star bank.

      Alexandra was the nicest lady ever! Treated us very kind and went out of her way to set up our savings , checking, charge cards and to have everything done that day! I recommend setting an appt to allow her the time to serve u you and your needs because she will and Alexandra will do it w/excellence!!

      Who ever changed my local bank to not give me $ should be fired. Everyone that supports the idea should be fired. I dont want a debit card because it doesn’t give points peroid

      Terrible Experience. I’ve been trying having really bad experience with Chase. Every time I setup a business account I have to move it after few months to another bank because they don’t know or cant get me a simple checks for business account. Every time they order me checks I never get them. It’s been happening for long time now. And I tell them that there has to be an issue on the file my address. They have no idea how to help me. I already moved one of my business accounts to another bank. And now I am over seas and when I get back I am moving my checking and business account to different bank because they don’t know how to set me up with simple checks. Crazy. This place is so unprofessional. I will never work with them again.

      3 out of 4 times I went in there for help they were either unable to open it or help me. First time I went they were able to provide me very good information on an account I wanted to open. When I went to open the account they could not help me and I was referred to another branch. They told me to obtain other documentation that ultimately I did not need when I went to the other branch. The guy who sent me was upset that he didn't get to have lunch yet and sent me on my way to another branch. I went to the other Branch with the documentation I was told I needed and was told I did not need that documentation. I was able to open the account with no problem. The last two times I went there were again, men dressed in Nice Clothing who went behind closed doors to talk to someone and came out and again they said they cannot help me. I was again referred to another branch. There are at least five or six glassed-in desk areas with nobody in them to help clients. No one apparently works there or can help customers or clients. I would not recommend. Not sure why that branch remains open if they can't help people with their banking needs. They should just be an ATM. Heads up Chase! J.P. Morgan himself is probably rolling in his grave. If you know anything about him......

      I was very disappointed in our experience last Friday. I called this bank at for an appointment to look into car loan for 5:30pm on Friday. We walked in at 5:30pm there were no customers in the bank; said we had an appointment to talk to a banker about car loans. The employees looked at us confused and Sandy Jawahir said that there are no appointments scheduled for 5:30pm, we must have called the wrong bank. Asked me who I spoke with over the phone to schedule the meeting, I said it was a male can't remember the name. Sandy Jawahir than called the 'only male' they have working at that bank and he looked at us and said, we did not schedule an appointment, that I must have called the wrong bank. WHY DOES THIS EVEN MATTER?! There was no one in the bank, they were not busy at all; I am not sure why they insisted on telling me I did not have an appointment. Through this entire time discussion of me 'not having an appointment' Sandy was being extremely unprofessional with the looks she was giving her male counter. After she realized how myself and my husband could SEE how unprofessional they were being through this whole situation, to the point that we almost walked out, she changed her tone. Then as we left she had the nerve to tell me, 'and make sure you call the right bank next time....' I surely will not be calling yours. I am extremely disappointed due to the fact that I have been banking with Chase for over 12 years, get my home loans through this bank, and wanted to stay with this bank for our first car loans as well. Whenever I have entered a Chase bank and needed help, with an appointment or not, they have always accommodated me as a professional.

      Absolutely hands down nicest employees! Always helpful and go over and beyond to make sure your banking experience is the best possible. Linda is a wonderful manager who is ready to help if needed and is always smiling!

      We have several accounts with Chase. I tried to cash a Chase check and they told me they could not cash a Chase check because they have no money at the branch. Worst service I have ever encountered with a bank!!! Chase should rethink this new flawed platform!!! They will drive customers away!

      Go in to open another account in addition to the two we have open. Three people are working, no customers in the bank. They can't help me because I don't have an appointment and they do not have any open availability. Never have an issue with the Curlew Rd branch.
