Regions Bank Reviews

Jonathan Smith1I have never felt more disrespected in my entire life. The teller was mocking me and arguing with me and his coworker who knew nothing about the situation jumps in getting irate towards me. The guy who cashed my check huffed and puffed when he had to get up out of his seat to ask the manager a question for me. I later called him out because he was being so disrespectful towards me and mentioned he huffed and puffed and he replied and blew your house down. He acted like a child and that's definitely NOT THE TYPE OF PERSON I WOULD EVER WANT MANAGING MY MONEY!!! He acted so rude and lazy. I tried to calm the guy and crazy lady down by asking several times to just finish my transaction and leave. He took his sweet time when I did that. The lady over and over again kept saying rudely have a great weekend and thanks for banking with regions. She had a tone in her voice that proved she was being sarcastic with her fake words have a great weekend. I have literally NEVER felt so unwanted and disrespected in my entire life at a bank or business. I really hope that the cameras are reviewed because they kept on adding to the conflict when I was trying to stop it and move on! All this because I asked to have a one time courtesy fee waived for cashing my check. I had a horrible day today and they added to my stress. I had literally just had a bad wreck and was trying to cash my check and insurance checks to buy a new vehicle. I hope to hear from someone in corporate at regions. I have the two employees names and business cards and time of transaction. I have used many regions banks before and use one in my local town every week this is by far the worse bank I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Regions in Tullahoma is sooooo much better. Avoid this branch all together!

Jason Oliver4Edit: A branch manager reached out to me about this occurrence and assured me this shouldn’t have taken place and will discuss the issue with the person in question. They also refunded me an equivalent fee it costed to get the document notarized elsewhere. I appreciate this follow up and it reflects a strive to improve customer service. Something that’s appreciative in any business. (Original) I’ve been a customer for over 25 years and deposited easily over a million dollars into various Regions accounts. Tried to get a document notarized, and even through Regions notarizes documents for customers for free, they wouldn’t do this for me stating “It’s a competing bank.” It’s a document for a mortgage opened years ago to remove PMI. Had various documents notarized over the years with no issues.

Ashley Good1Oh how do I count the ways? 1. Showed up to pay off an account, wouldn't let me pay the amount so it went into collections 2. I have an active account, I opened up a second one and then they said I had to come in during bank hours because I must not have a job with these same damn hours. Because I didn't come into the branch they closed my second account. 3. I will no longer be banking with these unorganized clowns. Please don't waste your time with these people.

Claudia vH1The bank as a whole is fine, but this location is the worst in Murfreesboro. Today, I spent 20 minutes at the drive-through and there was only one car in front of me. There was not much traffic inside either. When I went to the drive-through a month before that, the window was not open despite it being during working hours and there being Employees inside with no customers! I would not recommend this branch to anyone and, if I can help it, I will never go back.

Heather1I have an account and set an appointment to have some things notarized. When called about the appointment they refuse to notarize because it didn't perrain to personal business even though the paperwork has my name on it several times. My friends and family will take our banking needs elsewhere!!

Bonnie Dandy2I am disgusted with regions bank. I have been banking with them for years. I recently had to quit my job to care for my father on hospice. I called to close my account twice to avoid payments coming thru. I was not only talked into keeping my account open, but promised that they could stop payment to avoid any money lost. Needless to say I've lost over $700 because 2 payments went thru. I spoke with multiple people and all made different promises. NOBODY WILL REFUND ME THE MONEY even though I REQUESTED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!!! So now i have to find the money yo cover my household bills. I will never bank with them again!! Very unprofessional

Jon D1I don't understand how a bank can close for snow when there is not a drop of snow to be found. And they did this on a Friday(when everybody needs to go to the bank because friday is pay day for 95% of people out there.) And on top of this they are going to closed Monday for MLK day. So people who needed to cash their checks to pay bills and groceries got to wait 4 days til they can get their check cashed or go to some check cashing place that'll charge you $50 to cash it. Regions was the only bank that was closed at this time too. With that being said, Regions bank sucks and if I didn't have to go there to get my payroll check cashed then I would never do business with them again. So thanks for closing on Friday morning for no reason Regions bank, thanks to your pathetic service I get to starve for 4 days til I can get my check cashed. Regions bank SUCKS!!!!!
