Casey Roberts1They try anyway possible to keep your money. For any reason they can place a hold on your account or even decide that your mom is someone that they don’t know and hold a payment from that person. I have $5000 in my account right now and supposedly it is closed. Worst bank ever!

Karen Evans5Although I've really never had a bad experience at a Regions bank, this branch went the extra step and made the two of us feel extra special while were getting something notarized. They didnt have to, but they did. Customer service at this branch is WAY UP THERE in our book. The EXTRA will never be forgotten!!! #regions2021

Shelton Patrick1I arrived at this location yesterday a few minutes before 5 o'clock to use the ATM and while doing so the ATM took my debit card and then froze. I attempted to walk in before they closed and the doors were already locked. I then attempted to get someones attention at the door as everyone was walking around closing down told them through the door that my debit card was stuck in the machine. Brenda was very rude and told me I would have to come back on Monday. The customer service sucks and reading the other comments it shows I am not the only one who has noticed. What great customer service for a 10 year customer.

Hillary West1Terrible! Went on a Saturday to the drive thru to make a deposit and was told they didn't have access to the forms. I have made deposits in drive thru several times at other branches, so this was a lie. We were also told this after sitting there for over 25 minutes. I have always had great experiences at other branches but definitely not a good experience today!

Chris Shank1The woman at the window was extremely Sweet but they only have 2 women working the windows inside the bank at almost 4 O'clock on a Friday afternoon. There's a line going all the way to the door and they are just taking their sweet time.

Donald Ellis1They stole over $600 from my sons little league account, by telling me they changed my FREE checking account to a better one. It's a gimmick that the state of Alabama should shut down, but then the state already knows and allows this. We need the Feds to come in because the state officials are corrupt.

Jessie Brumfield1I was a customer here for 6 years and never had any issues until I try to set up an IRA account last year with Regions. My $1,000.00 to put into my IRA was apparently "never processed" and they cannot give me any excuse or reasoning other than "human error", due to their "human error" I am being fined on my taxes for not setting up an IRA account and they certainly do not care about assisting me on that nor even apologizing for the error. The bank teller Stephany had the audacity to make it sound like due to the $1,000.00 never being removed from my account it's "no big deal". It was very apparent that she was done with me. There was no customer service or assistance at all. I know 6 years isn't a LOT of time but it's not a short amount of time either considering I'm only 25 years old. I may not have millions of dollars but I care about every penny in my 5 accounts I had with them and I expect to be treated as a valued customer not like some annoyance under your shoe. Beware of banking here.

Alexandria Harrison1Horrible! Went inside the bank to help my grandmother get her check cashed, asked the lady in a cubicle if she had a bathroom my little sister could use. She replied with, "we don't have a public bathroom for 'your people'." Won't be back ever again.
