  Mason Bradley and his assistant Christina were so awesome in making my husband and my experience so easy and as quick as possible. They both would communicate with us as much as they could about questions (and I had a lot of them LOL) or concerns that either of us had! They got their side of things done so quick and always kept us up to date and made sure we knew what we needed to do next. I couldn’t have asked for a better lender or company to go with for buying our first house! 😍🏡🔐 Also, Paige Morse with Port City Realty works great with Mason at Hometown Lenders and is an awesome realtor! Having them two as a team made our process very quick and as painless as possible! ❤️

  I had an absolutely amazing experience with Kim at Hometown Lenders. She made whole process move as quickly and smoothly as possible. From making sure I had all required and requested documents turned in to reassuring me when my nerves got bad that everything was on track and not to worry. She really worked hard morning, noon, night and even the weekend to insure that I was on my way HOME!!! I have no regrets and would recommend her to anyone who asks who helped me get HOME.

  We used Mason at Hometown Lenders, and were extremely happy with every part of the buying experience. Mason and his team worked hard to make sure we closed within an almost impossible deadline, and he delivered! Buying a house can be overwhelming and a bit of a headache but Hometown was super through and patient when any issue came up. We would highly recommend them for your buying needs!

  We closed on our home yesterday (THANK GOD) We’ve been dealing with another Lender for 5 months when they dropped the ball and almost caused us our contract not to mention our money. So with our closing being delayed, I contacted Mason & Kim just for advice after doing several searches through Zillow and google on reviews. Within minutes Kim called me with a welcome call and arranged for Mason to call us to do a app . Mason gave us more information than we had received the ENTIRE time we were with the other lender. He educated us. Mason was so resourceful and informational. Mason and Kim experiences gained the respect and workmanship with all the key players involved in our process. This made our journey smooth saling from there. Mason outlined a plan of action, contacted our Realtor and explain the new game plan and we are NOW homeowners because of it. Mason is a beast. My Realtor even asked where did you find Hometown Lenders ? The most important part of buying a house is securing the money for the house and a pre approval, NO Realtor will ever entertain someone who hasn’t spoken with reputable and known loan officer, PERIOD. Granted everyones situation is different, that’s why you need someone that is well-versed is just about every situation out there. Hometown Lenders is the first stop call Mason or Kim even if you think you not ready they will outline a plan of action for you so get you on the road to home ownership.

  Mason and his co-workers helped us with financing for our new home in Mobile and we couldn't be happier with the process. They were always responsive, answered any questions we had and helped us to secure our mortgage with a percentage rate we were happy with and within the closing deadline we needed to. Great people, easy to work with.

  If you are in need of a committed, trustworthy, reliable, team to handle your lending than look no further. I worked very closely with Shawn, Sabrina, Mason, Kimberly and everyone else on this team. I am so glad I was able to work with this team who got me through a USDA loan with in 3 weeks during a pandemic at a low interest rate that was affordable as a Single mom of four. Being a first time home buyer was scary in a sense but I never knew it was so easy once you are working with right people. They are truly like a family. They stepped in and helped where needed, keeping me informed every step of the way. I always had returned calls and text messages or emails. I never had to wonder where my loan was at any step. My only regret is not starting the loan with them first. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is searching to buy or refinance their home.
