  This bank wants to charge $20, to cash there own check... I also had a customer bring me a bank check from them a few weeks ago, that they would not confirm to him or myself over the phone... This place is a waist of your time, and the people that you will be doing business with.... They care nothing for you! Regal & Savannah Trademart Inc. Will no longer expect Regions’s checking as payment.

  Every visit (& we've been members for over 6-years!) was professional, Courteous, & they resolved the few issues we had! The managers are SUPERB ~ doing all the details when changing our address (we bought a new home last year)...& doing so ALWAYS with a HUGE SMILE & they even remember all of our family's names! WOW! We'll NEVER SWITCH BANKS ~ Regions Bank Members FOR LIFE!

  It is a great bank with all competent, helpful and cheerful people to work with. We have never had any bad experience. It is located at Johnson Square with a nice parking lot which is a plus in downtown Savannah. I would recommend it to any business owner.

  If the ATM eats your cash or gets jammed you will wait up to a week for your$, the customer service are rude...I put 140 in on Saturday, it's Thursday morning, just talked to customer service, they said well it hasn't been 72 hours... Yesterday was a holiday... So they are slack... If you are worried about digital banking they can give you your first experience on not giving you your money for day s or week

  Went in with a very serious bank issue and the tellers acted as if they could not help me. Probably will never go to this bank again.

  Puts everyone on hold for hours. I hate when I have to make a phone call. They need to fix this! It is like one person answers the phone every hour!

  Why are you closed on Saturdays, MOST banks are open on Saturdays from 0900 to 1200!!!
