I can’t say enough about how great an experience I had. If your looking to buy your home, or cut your current interest rate she is your person!

  I came across Jessica Gilstrap and On Q financial by accident (or kismet?). When I called to find documents for a previous loan, Jessica answered her phone early on a Sunday morning, much to my amazement. Jessica took the details of the refinance I was trying to put together and ran with it. She beat the other lenders I already had spoken to hands down; it wasn't even a competition. She graciously took calls, answered texts and emails with quick, professional responses. She is knowledgeable and compassionate, making the entire process proceed smoothly with constant updates. I never had to wonder what was going on or where we were in the process. I highly recommend doing business with Jessica Gilstrap for any property financing.

  On Q & Jessica worked a near miracle financing for us, allowing us to buy a premium new home without having to first sell our current home. She is very responsive, communicative, and thoughtful. Overall it was a great experience.

  Melanie was a complete professional throughout the entire "getting a mortgage process". She handled every request or question with the utmost urgency. The house-buying process could not have been any smoother. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a mortgage. She's the best!

  I hired this company after seeing them present at a real estate training. They advertised a 15 day close. Even though my closing was contracted for more than 15 days, they MISSED my financing contingency date without apology. In fact, when I brought it up, they were short with me and made excuses. My loan officer, Melanie, was often in training or on vacation, so it was hard to get in touch with her. I was willing to let it go because we did close on our home - early, in fact, but then the company sold my loan to State Bridge, a company with terrible reviews, known for losing payments sent in via mail. This mortgage company also charges me a fee anytime I make a payment online or over the phone. Awful. I would not recommend On Q.
