Isha Scott1My account was overdrafted for almost $200 because of "processing". I have an extra bill this month because of how Regions "process" transactions and nothing can be done. Second time this has happened smh. UPDATE: I'm still waiting on the phone call I never received (as they stated in the review) from 2 weeks ago. I paid over $230 two weeks ago to straightened my account from how they "process" transactions. Plus, their "processing" caused another OVERDRAFT!!!! Third and last time they will scam me. I'm switching IMMEDIATELY. Thanks for destroying my Thanksgiving holiday Regions 🙃

Morgan Williams1Worst bank I have ever banked with. The way they operate regarding your account, pending transactions, and dates of transactions is straight trash. They scammed me out of my money. Regions as a whole is terrible with your money. They don’t care about the customer and I feel sorry for anyone who banks there. I’m switching banks IMMEDIATELY. They pick and choose when they want to charge an overdraft fee. It’s so frustrating getting trying to understand why they do what they do with your account. don’t bank there. Don’t do it.

Ken Adams1I am an understanding person and patient as well. But I will never go to this bank again. I deposited $800 and something dollars into their ATM and the whole machine just shut off and it took my card and gave me no receipt. That is most definitely a mistake on regions behalf NOT MINE!!! I’m furious at this situation because they Continue to tell me that they can’t do anything about it. I know how much money I am currently missing...somebody is being scandalous. Plus this lady that works there continues to act like she’s annoyed by me when I call. Thank you to the one person that actually was nice and helpful tho she could not get my money back.

John Calvin1Worst banking experience due to management. I went to this particular Regions bank today simply to pay a bill. When i got there cars were lined up by about 5-7 in each row so i decided to go inside. It took more than 30 minutes to get to the front to pay my bill. They literally had one inside teller, and one outside teller, on Labor day weekend. As i moved up the line i looked back and saw that the line stretched to the outside door and customers were getting impatient. I assume this is the way the outside car lines were as well. I can understand it being a busy day due to circumstances. I can't understand they only having 2 total tellers (1 inside, and one outside teller) on a day such as this, other than poor management. This was wrong for both the employees (whom i feel sorry for), and the customers. At other Regions bank locations i have had a good experience. This one i would rather never go back.

Mr Nasca1NO STARS!!! WORSE BANK EVER!!!! STAY AWAY OR YOU'LL GET SCAMMED TOO opened an account and less than a month later it was closed for no reason other than a banker didn't do their damn job and now they've closed the account and refuse to give me my money!!! withholding $800 that isn't theirs. And have told me because the account was closed there's nothing they can do about it yet they closed it because one of their bankers didn't input the information they were given upon opening the account. REGIONS IS A JOKE AND THESE TELLERS ARE HORRIBLE. They take your money, give you fees you arent suppose to have and they dont bother helping you at all, they constantly make excuses why they cant help you and then they all stand around talking instead of helping with actual issues. TERRIBLE BANK STAY AWAY

Haley Beard1I have had more bad experiences with this bank than I can count on both hands. Every time I come to the drive through I sit and wait for 30+ minutes. It’s ridiculous. Save yourself the time and bank somewhere else.
