  Pawn express was recommended to me by family members, Completely agree on high recommendation. The staff at the Troy location was the best! Overall experience was excellent. 100% I will be a returning customer & will tell other's this is Alabamas best pawn shop! Ask for Brandi, best CSR ever friendly, fun and the best!

  Outstanding outstanding outstanding!!!! We travel all over the southeast to visit pawn shops. The young lady was so great and they have such a large selection of items! I highly recommend this pawn shop. Friendly people and they have great management! I purchased 5 Pandora charms for the price of one new one. I highly recommend! Great job and keep up the good work.

  Went in needing help with a big purchase and got just that from manager, Mo Odom. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and overall a joy to work with. I highly recommend their store. They have a wide variety so they probably have what you are looking for. If you go in, ask for Mo. He will get you taken care of. Also, Brandi with an “I” was just as friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong with Pawn Express!

  Best pawn shop in Troy, not for their merchandise (though they have a great selection) or for any of their other many services, but for the people. Brandy is amazing and always wants to help however she can, she works he’s and treats others with the utmost respect Mo is large in both heart and body, he’s one of the funniest people I’ve ever met and keeps me Laughing the entire time I’m there. (And he’s not bad on the eyes either) Other people work there too Sometimes I come just to talk to the staff, love those guys.

  My wife and I have been long time customers here at Pawn Express. Every Interaction I have with any of the employees here is a treat. They are all very customer service oriented, very knowledgeable about everything they buy and sale, and are always willing and ready to help people. Enough good things cant be said about this establishment.

  Pawn express is like a second family, they are friendly and always there to help. Moe has an amazing personality and will keep you laughing the entire time you’re there, and brandy is super kind and caring. They have a find selection of merchandise and cut you good deals. Been a regular for 4 years and will probably always go here. Best business in Troy.
