Teresa Ard1I went to the drive thru, the person in front was at the drive thru window for over 30 minutes. I was finally able to back out and go inside the branch. I was obviously upset. I was wanting to know why it was was taking so long for the car at the window. The customer apparently had numerous transactions and wasn't asked to come inside to tend to all of those transactions. The tellers at the bank got rude with me. I guess they it was ok to get rude with me since I was irritated about the drive thru window. Either way, I still think that this customer should not have been taken care of in the drive thru, the customer in my opinion should have been asked to come inside the building.

Julie Dickey2⭐⭐⭐Average drive in teller. Greeted me & thanked me at the end. Aug 2019 review of inside visit: ⭐⭐ I've been a customer of this branch since it was "Union Bank" & started with a savings account as far back as my 50+ memory goes & that was elementary school age or kindergarten. I have opened all accounts in this branch, have safety deposit box here & when I'm banking this is "my" primary branch. Like it seems everywhere these days, customer service is suffering, declining & even absent at times. Came today to make deposit & take care of other business with an office mgr/investment banker. Arrived 30 mins before closing. The sit down teller I had today was either getting off early or wanted to close her window early. Only 1 window open & customers still lining up in that teller's window, unlike my teller. She wasn't going to win employee or personality of the year & if she'd been young, I might would've not been so suprised with this kind of service. Felt like I wasn't welcomed, a problem for her to deposit a few checks (no cash involved or coins to count) Asked if I could get print out for the past 3 weeks since I've had some problems with acct. Talking only ½ a page, asked her about medallion stamp & notary. Later discovered I was given wrong info. After deposit I was putting receipt up she got up & walked off talking to another employee. Finally got her attention & asked about print out & for gem clip. Needed a copy made of a certificate. Needless to say she pointed to copier in lobby & informed me it was now turned off & they'd be closing after while. I thanked her ... Why?? she didn't even want to help me. Never said told me TY, come again, have a great or kiss my grits. But she didn't need to, her service, huff & puffing, walking off, not attempting to do anything outside of running 3 checks as a deposit for me said it ALL. I hate to see this branch decline in their customer service. Employees seem to forget if it wasn't for the customers... they'd NOT have this job & a pay check. Its like she was doing me a favor to do her job. I hope management will take note & work with staff, educate, train, lead by example & remind them who they work for & what each employees job description is & that going a extra step means a lot & is noticed... but more importantly it should make them feel good about themselves.

Jeff Hughes2Long line. Waited forever. Then met with a bank officer to request mortgage loan info. Lady said she would have loan specialist call me. A week later. Still waiting. She seemed kind of out over the request.

Chad Elam5I've always received friendly service at this branch and others. Recently making a deposit through the atm, a malfunction occurred and was quickly resolved . Very satisfied with regions bank .

Christie Henry1This bank is EXTREMELY slow, regardless of lobby or drive-thru line & even at non-peak times. Today's issue is it's CLOSED (Wed, 8/12/20 @ 2:00pm) with no sign stating the reason. What's the deal?! 😡
