M1Bank doesn’t close until 5 and theyre closed at 430? Lazy incompetent workers barely making minimum wage and it shows. Atm never works, honestly the absolute worst bank ive ever had to deal with 0/10 save yourself bank elsewhere

Jurguen Sussman1Went to get a document notarized and of course the notary had left two hours before closing. It's always something with this place. I hate going there. They're never open during the hours they claim they are and service is excruciatingly slow. I wish this place would close.

This is the worst branch and I truly believe corporate needs to get involved Jessenia Lopez is the rudest individual and un knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with in a bank. You could see it in her eyes that she was half asleep grumpy rude it is Friday you should’ve not gone out last night and partied to be so rude at work the next following morning. This would most likely cost your job as this branch has been having many issues and you are most likely one of the huge causes. Professionalism is very important and you truly lack it completely.

Customer service is horrible and the "branch manager is a joke" sees the lines backed up and does nothing to help the one teller open at lunch time when it is very busy... I personally think this bank should either close or get a branch manager who has a sense of urgency and customer service skills... i would rate them a 1/4 star if given the option...

Delmar Madera1This is the worst bank ever!!!!my name is delmar Madera a customer that suppose to be a preferred customer in regions!!!i have my mortgage ,my debit,my savings and my credit card with the regions...I have a excellent credit and I go to the bank to ask for a increase of 2000 ,the lady that attend me put the wrong income info in the application but she told me that I was pre cualified for 3000 dollars more and that I gonna receive the increase about 1 week!!!! After wait one week and nothing happen I call the regions customer services to ask about what happens and I wait in line for 45 minutes to find somebody that answer the question about my credit increase,,,after the 3 transfer a lady tell me that with my credit is 712 score and my mortgage with regions finish and payoff week before the petition of increase they rejected the increase because the lady Jennifer carballo put the wrong income info!!! After I ask what they gonna do to resolve the situation they tell me that I need to bring the last tax return to confirm the info that ms Jenyffer put in wrong...I just cancel everything with this people!!!! After That you have to wait every time you go To the bank for the lady's there finish the conversation to get Attendent ...I call before to complain about the 1 atm cashier they have in the bank , just 1 atm cashier in the hall city of homestead sometime you have to wait 30 minutes to get money because it's one cashier for the customers of homestead!!!! This bank operate like a 3 world country bank....

Jamal Burch1Worst bank I ever banked with. Deposited a check Friday and still still did not clear. They deposited the funds to someone else's account to begin with, smh. They need to close this branch down.
