Brandon Harris1I went inside this location to change out some money I received from the Regions ATM outside. To my surprise, you need an account to make change but don't need an account to withdraw funds. Anyways, I went to the Bank down the street and they gladly made change without me having an account with them. I am in the process of looking to move my money to a bank I could easily access in this area. Unfortunately, I don't think Regions would be a good fit for me or my business.

Jeanne Bernard1Worst banking establishment I've EVER dealt with. Long story short after depositing money in my account in person on a Wednesday afternoon to keep from having a hold on my account when my direct deposit went in on Thursday, I'm here currently on a Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. and STILL can not use my bank card, even worse, withdraw my money in person to close my account!!! Having to wait on management to email the teller and ok it. Are you kidding me??? The teller herself was very understanding and helpful but this day in age, electronic transfers done immediately, it's been 48 hrs now. I should have been able to get my money already. Major frustration and inconvenience!
