      I called ahead b.c I had not worked with them before. They are so polite! The gentleman at the drive-thru however... I'll be going inside from now on irregardless of my pain level. The picture of my car is the only car I've ever financed and they have me a good deal.

      Tva is by far the best Credit union and/or bank period. When in Iraq I was still able to do banking and the kingsport branch literally help me in so many ways, Thanks Linda. Flew a flag over Iraq and had it certified to bring back to them for all they done for me. Best group of people ever from member service to every associate that works there are and have always been awsome. Not kin to the ketron before me lol I have been with them for over 20 yrs

      Been a member with this bank since 1995 always say we will help you out so you can get straightened out and put a little cash in my pocket. Ok tryed that with a personal loan got turned down right off the bat. After one of the work members leading you on. But I kind of think it's a little descrimination against me. I live close to some employees and they have their therou about me that is all wrong. I won't to we know what loan officer looked at my credit. I want their job if it's one of the ones that live close me or kin to me. This is bull when my check has been going there sense 1995 and no help.

      Will be moving my car loan from this credit union as soon as they finish the paper work they keep messing up. Got multiple letters threatening to charge me an obscene about of money for something they screwed up. Will never deal with this credit union or parent company ever again.

      Atm locations are minimum at best banking hours are just ridiculous For swing shifters like myself if I want to get some sleep lol customer service is great though they really try to help.and this was the first bank to give me a loan which was awesome . All in all they do what they can to help you however walking into the lobby is a bit intimidating with their armed guards lol but I guess that’s the point.! I like this bank I haven’t had any issues. Other than finding atms that don't charge an arm and a leg. Lol

      We have had auto loans with this bank and has no problem, but when my husband opened up a credit card with them the whole experience changed. We received a second late notice in the mail without even receiving a bill or a furst late notice. It turns out that they do not believe in contacting the customer to update their info, they assume and use whatever info is in their system. They used an old email that we do not even check anymore, that we had on an old loan through them to send his bill to. When we called and questioned this they agreed to remove the late charges. I went into the branch and asked what the payment was, and was told that since I was not on the account they could not tell me, so I asked if they were refusing a payment, I did not want the acct number just the payment amount. Both of our names were on the check that I was making the payment with. They eventually agreed to tell me how much to pay, so I made the payment. They gave me a receipt and it showed that the acct was paid up until the next month, but when we looked at the acct online it still showed a balance due, so we made another payment. That is 2 payments in 1 week. When we got the next months bill there was once again a late charge saying that the payment was not made. To me it seems like a bank of all places would be able to handle bills a little better then what they are doing. We are now in the process of transfering the remaining balance over to a credit card that sends out a monthly statement (without charging) and is able to handle crediting the account properly. We will not be using them ever again.

      Love them, I just wish they had better hours of operation. Please open at 7am and extend closing hours until 6p . Also please don't make members wait 6months to use mobile check deposit I understand a waiting period But six months is kind of ridiculous. Also would be helpful to be able to make deposits at ATM like you can at ECU. Thanks

We do currently have select ATMs that accept cash deposits at certain branch locations including West Knoxville, Turkey Creek, Johnson City and Roane County.       This bank is a joke try to call them and work out an issue and the lady in their "legal" department laughs at you on the phone and hangs up shows what kind of people they have working for them. If you are considering using them don't find ANY other bank out there. This place is horrible and they have no customer service skills at all.

      I get direct deposit at this bank and my father in law has LOADS of money in this one bank alone but not for long. Money was stollen from my acct after being with this bank a few years. I still had my debit card in hand but the number was stollen and they knew that but stated they couldn't give me a refund. I had lost my card a few times but no money was ever stollen. On top of that they charge me a card replacement fee for having to get a new card. Your money is NOT safe at this bank. If you have any issue don't expect them to investigate or issue a refund.

      Recently joined TVA, was blown away with the excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Highly recommend this credit union. Only down fall is the Kingsport Tn ATM is a little out of date and extremely slow. But hey it works!
