Jeff Harris5Have been doing business with them since I moved here. Felt extremely appreciated from day one. Customer Service is great and the staff always has a smile that can be seen even through their mask. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone who is looking for that small town personal experience.

Sapphire Washington1Stephanie and Sabrina just displayed the absolute worst customer service I have ever received at any bank. I walked in to make my deposit for my job, the line was empty, stood there for at lease 20 seconds before Stephanie said to me " you can come up " walked up to the window, they continued their conversation like I wasn't even a customer standing there. Talking about insurance and how the job insurance would not cover her braces ... no good morning, no contact whatsoever with me. When she finished my deposit she put the receipt through the window and said "here you go" all this while Sabrina continues talking. No thank you or is there anything else you need ... like what a regular bank teller would do. If it wasn't because my job banks here I would not be coming back. They are not customer service materials at all.

Jamah Terry1This branch isn't open on Saturday, the smart ATM has malfunctioned on two seperate occasions, failing to return my debit card or post funds to my account, & it took 45min on the phone to START the recovery process. It's like Regions is the Fisher-Price version of banking. When will Bank of America open a branch here for the love of G*d?

bnwkeys1I thought Suntrust was bad about unjustified fees but Regions takes the cake. A client of mine wrote me a check for services rendered, and I decided to cash the check directly at their bank, Regions on Thomas Drive, so that there would be no issues and I wouldn't have to wait a day or two for it to clear. I get to the bank a little early, they apparently work as little as possible since they are only open from 9-4:30. When they open the door the employees have that usual phony insincere sycophantic affability; it's to be expected from bank employees though. At the teller's window after I ask to cash a check, the teller immediately asks if I have an account with Regions. I tell her no and think nothing of it since that is a common question, but you can tell their pretend cordiality immediately disappears if you aren't a part of their club. Apparently she tells me that in order to cash a Regions check from a Regions account holder at a Regions Bank, as a Non-Regions account holder myself, there is a mandatory $2 fee. Who'd have thought? I try to reason and explain that that doesn't make any sense, but her answer is simplistic and curt, "If you have a Regions account then there is no fee, but since you don't the fee is $2." Apparently they don't like having their fee scheme questioned since her tone had clearly changed to a condescending attitude and she had to make me restamp my thumbprint on the check 3 more times because the first ones weren't complete enough. The final thumbprint was as complete as the first. So thanks for wasting my time on purpose after stealing my money from me. I cash checks at other banks without issue. If the check issuer is a member of your bank, why does it cost me $2 for you to initiate an instantaneous automated process verifying the account holders balance and completing their transaction, which you do so many times a day already. Any fees with your clients money should be handled by their account and it shouldn't matter who receives your member's money, whether they are in your club or not. So you underhandedly renegotiated the terms of my private services just because I wanted to walk in to your bank to cash your check. I was actually planning on switching my bank and Regions had been recommended to me. I can now firmly say without a doubt that I will not consider opening an account with Regions, nor will I recommend them to anyone, and I will strive to take my business elsewhere. How do you expect to attract new members when you treat non-members with such disdain and contempt over extremely simple tasks? Regions is WAY too fee-happy and fails miserably with customer service. My advice to anyone reading this, go find yourself a real "Federal Credit Union" and stay away from these thieves.

Cameron Carpenter1Just spoke with the so called Regions "Customer Service" department, which they claimed is in Memphis & it was an absolute waste of time. The employee I spoke with seemed to have absolutely no knowledge of how bank accounts or banking in general works & it made me nervous to give my account info. Will not make the mistake of calling that number again.
