Mechanic on Duty CB5Personally, Regions Bank is the bank that has treated me the best, I went with the recommendation of my accountant, and I met manager Alan. He has been able to provide numerous solutions such as refinancing my house, credit card for my business, and other bank accounts. I have the opportunity to do my weekly transactions with the the rest of the team - Maria, Pedro, and Doris. I am always greeted with a smile and great service. This group of professionals make you feel that they care about you, which I have not found in any other banks. Thank you very much Regions Bank team.

denzel singleton1This is the worst representatives at this bank I've been sitting here waiting almost twenty minutes to be served but the bank tellers have been servicing other customers after me. They send my money to the wrong account and I still waited for ten minutes for that transaction to proceed.

Crystal Cabrera5Julia not only helped my husband open his personal account but also his business account as well. My husband and I have been trying to switch banks for awhile and happy we chose regions. Julia helped me the following day to check the status of the account I had opened online to make sure I didn’t miss anything. She is very knowledgeable and so kind! We chose regions due to how close it is to our current home. Come jume we will be move and there is one even closer to our new home! Thank you so much Julia!

Raymond Valle1Awful experience. These days with the pandemic on the rise they implemented a new rule of coming into the branch because drive through is reserve for bank customers only... Well if the bank takes $5 for cashing the check, that puts me into a paying customer status. Why would your new policy would be to expose people to Covid 19 in your branch. There has always been an issue with this bank. Nothing good comes out of it. Nor Maria's attitude. I had a splendid day and all it took was a visit to this branch to change that. NEVER BANK HERE. IT IS MY HONEST OPINION AND EXPERIENCE. UNACCEPTABLE BANKING EXPERIENCE!!!

Marcos A Colon vazquez1This is Bank is a joke i deposit my regular working check on Saturday I'm taking about the same check i deposit every week and it's Monday and it's not there to use yet and o call and they told me i have to wait to Tuesday cause Saturday it's not consider a business day , i mean if it was a personal check or a new check that i never deposit on my account i understand but the same company check i deposit every week that unprofessional i will not recommend this bank to nobody it's the worst bank cause i also have BB ank of America and if i deposit any day you will have the money next day and they let you use at least a small amount while you wait , i don't trust them and i can't count on them so why i want my money in a place where i can't use it when i need it..👎

Eric B1I'm bout to switch banks. I may go for weeks without coming and here and it's 90% of the time to make a deposit. Every time come here it's a problem with the machine or something to inconvenience me. I've had this account about 3 years and I've had this issue way too many times for the infrequencuy of my visits.. Its no longer a benefit for me to have even though it's so close to my house. super frustrating I'm done

Ken Knapton1I have a small business and opened an account with Regions for the business. I told them what I needed in a bank and they told me the account I was opening would have all the features I asked for. I guess they need business so badly they will say any thing to open a new account, This bank can't even give basic banking services. After 11 trips to the bank ( made during my business hours ) and dozens of phone calls I just gave up. I am now looking for another bank to move the account to.

Omar Alonso2Took out a debt consolidation loan which required me to open a checking account from which automatic monthly payments on the loan would be taken. It was supposed to be a no fees checking account as long as "there were 10 account transactions in a month". Well, I start seeing monthly maintenance fees right off the bat. Customer service then "explains " to me that it's actually "10 debit card transactions " in a month. So I make sure that I have 10 debit transactions the next month, still get charged a fee. Call "Customer Service " once again to complain and I'm told, "Oh no, what we meant was 10 transactions in a billing cycle which for me starts on the 10th of the month to the 11th day of the upcoming month. NEVER HAD A BANK THAT WAS SO HARD UP FOR FRIVOLOUS MAINTENANCE FEES! Needless to say I will probably refinance that loan in a few months and get away from Regions Bank for good!
