      Had fraud activity on my account to where my account was locked they told me on the phone I needed to come into the bank and get it fixed. I went to this location and the lady in the office turned me down. Because she had other more important appointments meanwhile I have 40k in the bank from selling my house and my money is at risk in this account she told me I had to go to another location after I waited 15 min for this location to open. Sad because I always come to this location. Well I am pulling all my money out and never returning

      Most of the people who are working in there are racist, I had an appointment to open an account and I go there she was talking to someone and I checked in and wait for them to stop talking but she took the other customer and I was still patiently waiting, when she finished she told me it's already too late she can't help me anymore. The other person had an appointment at 9 and mine was at 10. The service was really bad!!

      Ola Is such an incredible employee. I specifically return to this branch because of her. I have also interacted with a few of your other employees and have had only positive experiences. Another person I have met with is Laura and she helped me with so many of my questions and was very sweet and patient. Thank you!

      I went here to open an account with a check from their bank. The manager says to cash with out being charged I need an account. But I had to wait to make an account. So then I said can I cash it. She says we are going to charge you. She just want to make money of my check. Bad business

      Had to wait in the sitting area to see a banker because I didn't want to have to give a autobiography of who I was because I left my atm card at hone and i.had my i.d and social security card and with all that I was still treated as if I was not telling the truth. Had to tell a lot of personal business to the young lady who handled the transaction and then she couldn't find it within herself to say thank you she acted like I shouldn't even be able to receive ten dollars I from my own account.

      Excellent staff at this branch. Javier Reyes went out of his way to take care of my problem and even called me later to follow-up and make sure everything was resolved. The entire staff is friendly and efficient handling any of my banking needs.

      During these difficult times.. Im still working, I go to make some deposits for work, a tall guy comes out and tells.me to go around the back in the drive thru... Im on foot as i just took an uber... Long story short, got back in the uber and stood on line. I did what i had to do but he was really nasty and not helpful and dismissed me. I will stick to my branch.
