      Let me first start by saying the management of this branch should be embarrssed by the lack of customer service their employees have. I have never had an issue with any chase branch in my 10 year banking experience. I went to this location Saturday morning at 9am (opening hours) for a wire transfer. I arrived at 9am to an empty bank and was told to wait. I sat and waited for a Cathy Cruz to advise me she would not make the wire transfer because I did not have an appointment and I would need to make one. I understand appointments come first that is not my issue. My issue is Ms.Cruz proceed to argue with me for 10 minutes about making an appointment in which she could have done what she is hired to do and made the wire transfer. Ms. Cruz kept stating she could not assist as she already had an appointment but the branch was ENTIRELY empty, after mentioning to her that there was no one there she then proceed to again tell me theres nothing she can do if I dont have an appointment. Needless to say I went up the street to another chase location off of 436 and completed my wite tranfer with a lovely gentelman who apologized on behalf of the rudeness and inprofessionalism of Ms.Cruz. He advised an appontment is NOT necessary and that she have done her job and assisted me with my wire transfer. The gentleman that helped me made the transfer in less than 10 minutes. There is no excuse for the way Cathy Cruz acted today. I will be filing a complaint to management and never returning to this location.

      Slow service...worst branch! And only one employee at the window usually, and with long lines. Many times I left. Used to be my favorite bank, but I mostly bank with Wells Fargo now instead, theyre quick and good service.

      I for one am happy Chase has focused on technology. The people who give poor reviews on here and complain are part of this lazy generation that wants to have their hand held. I go to the branch once a week to handle my affairs. Instead of complaining educate yourselves on how to use the technology to your advantage and make your life easier. You dont need a teller (who still work there BTW) to do withdrawals, deposits, pay credit cards etc. Who wants to stand online for 10mins anyway to do a deposit?! Dont victimize yourself, educate yourself

      I have a fever...and the only cure? More CHASE GOLDENROD. I've been a patron of this location for the past 5 months after moving here from the DC area, and can honestly say that this is one of the best branches I've been to. The team here has been professional, courteous, and astute, every single time I've had the pleasure of doing business with them. It's surreal to read some of the negative comments posted by a miserable few...but, I suppose you can't please everyone. Thank you Chase University/Goldenrod for Making Banking Great Again!! MBGA!!

      Excessive waiting outside and inside the bank. Professionalism is gone, or they don't know what that means. Why JP Morgan Chase bank built such a nice building if they were planning on aloud it's representatives to destroy the good reputation this branch had? We are moving to another branch and eventually another bank.

      Apparently they do not have tellers anymore, so they cannot cash checks. Seems they're basically a large ATM you can walk into because that's the only services they can do. What a waste of a location, hope this is not chases plan for every Branch or I will definitely be leaving them.

      The worst bank since they moved to the new location. No staff, the waiting now is ridiculous, only one cashier most of the times for inside and drive trough. Managers now want you to do transactions on the ATM because they know they don't have staff. This is ridiculous, either hire new people or close.

      I own a business and we do a lot of deposits and get a lot of paperwork notarized. They are extremely under staffed and unprofessional. It has been this way for years. I used to deal with the Oviedo branch untill we moved, which I have never had any of these issues. Please will upper management step in and fix this branch!

      Standing in here the line is half way out the bank and there is only 1 teller trying to handle the lobby and the drive through. While 2 ladies stand to the side talking. That is not right to expect 1 teller to do everything all alone. Hire more people or cross train employees to be able to help instead of talking to each other on the side line.

      Might as well roll out a red carpet to the “brand new ATM”. I went to the bank to get money out of my bank account, since i didn’t have my card with me, which is what one does at a so-called “bank”. I soon found out that they got rid of the people and replaced them with an atm that gives out not just 5 dollar bills, but ONE! woah... sucks I can’t use it because my card is not added to my phone and my wallet was not in my women-sized pocket. They directed me to a different bank. I switched to Wells Fargo.
