  Pretty friendly, unwilling to cash a check drawn from their own bank because I have no account there. Additionally would not open an account for me today to cash it. :-(

  Horrible service at this branch. Scheduled a phone call appointment and never received a call. Even if it’s not busy, if you have an in person appointment expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour after your appointment time before being seen. Never had any of these problems at another branch. If you bank with Regions I recommend you save yourself some time and don’t go to this location.

  I love banking with Regions! This branch is my favorite! The tellers are amazing, fast and always take care of their customers gladly! Everyone is so great at this branch! I love the experience every time! Never a hassle!

  Fee for cashing their own checks I think this is asinine!They assume no risk whatsoever cashing the check unlike 3rd party companies because they can Verify there are funds in the account. Employees are very sarcastic and racist.

  This bank is horrific I opened up an account a week ago I have called this branch at least 10×3 or four of which I’ve gotten through today I called to tell the lady I couldn’t get logged into my account I want to move my tax money into this account I got a Lori peters what a rude lady I repeated my Social Security number three times and on the third time when she didn’t get it I Aster if I will if she was dyslexic and she got upset and said she would not take bow Garrity and hung up the phone I think asking someone if they’re dyslexic is not ball Garrity not cussing is Val Garrity I’m going to the bank today to take out my money and I’m going to transfer my $9000 in tax return to my American Express account I see now why this bank yet very few start googling get three but if you look in other places it gets one and a half there’s a reason for that vulgar rude lady’s I suggest going to a different regions bank for Laurie peters cannot perform her job in a professional manner
