  Emmanuel aka Manny Velazquez was VERY helpful throughout the entire process of opening 5 Business accounts. Not only did he make it easy but he took the time to get to know my husband and I and NOT just make it about business and that we loved! Definitely recommending him to my family and friends.   Stopped by for a restroom break after a long road trip. They said memebers only can use their restrooms. Thanks for being jerks. Typical Woodlands attitude.

  This bank has bad customer service and don’t value their members. They charge fees for everything, and even thru all the pandemic struggles they don’t waive any fees or help out. Very disappointed
