  I came through drive thru on a Friday to purchase a 10$ roll of quarters for 10$ in cash...the teller ask me if I had an account and wasn't going to allow me to purchase them...I ask her are you not a bank Isn't this what you do ? Grocery stores didn't have change to spare.. when do u have to have an account to swap cash for change I will never go here again nor will I tell folks bout them...

  been with this bank for 8+ years, my husband family has been with them even longer maybe 15-20 years.. the last year they have became the worst bank on Sand Mountain. you cannot go through the drive through without waiting minimum of 20 minutes.. they always act like they may or may not be able to do what you asked of them. ATM is messed up weekly. very disappointed in this bank and plan to move very soon.

  I’ve been banking with regions for about 8 years now. I’ve only recently had issues. The most aggravating one being When I need to talk to a specific person at the bank, you can’t get through because instead of having the actual branch number listed, it takes you to “regions green line”. Someone on a phone 500 miles away can’t talk to me about a conversation my banker and I had 1 on 1. Super inconvenient.

  The Rainesville branch of Regions is certainly NOT about account holder customer service.

  Very difficult to deal with. The branch manager is never available to do business with. I will be seeking to file formal complaint with headquarters in Florida.
