  I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Tonia and it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She was kind enough to wait on me after closing bc I work out of state and have a hard time making regular office hours in town due to commuting and she waited for me to arrive, had a smile on her face the entire time and was very fast completing the transaction! I highly recommend 1st Franklin Financial for any financial services you may need!

  I was very pleased with the service provided for me by Carla! I had worked with her before and the process both times were so easy. Did almost everything over the phone and then went to the office to just sign and pick it up. Will use them again for all my loan needs.

  I would like to acknowledge the wonderful service provided to me by 1st Franklin Financial , they came to my rescue when I really needed help , especially Tanya . From the very first moment I spoke with her on the phone I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate how thoughtful and kind and thorough she was , she was amazing to say the least ! I have never been treated in any business as I was there . It felt like I was among family and friends . Those guys there was so awesome and kind and they really do care about the people that comes in the door ! They were a Godsend to me ! I can tell you from experience that if your ever in need of help like I was , they go out of there way for you . I just wanted to say thank you Tanya and all those guys there at 1st Franklin Financial , from the bottom of my heart and how much I appreciate how I was treated there . I know where to go from now on and if anyone ever get ‘s in a bind like I did , then believe me , you could never go anywhere else in this town that cares more than those guys do , I promise !
