I try to avoid this branch only because of one employee. Cindy (the older blonde) is always very condescending, and always makes me feel like a lesser person even with the most simple of questions. Everyone else has always been friendly. But, I always hold my breath when I visit this branch, in hopes that I don’t have to speak to Cindy.
