  The bank is always closed due to some reason with bad weather and or light business hours. Also they charge you 3% to mobile deposit and if you want it immediately, you have to pay for it. The reason for the two stars is only due to the fact the people in the banks are extremely professional. I would not recommend this bank to anyone... EVER...

  Loan officer man is weird!! Look like he was watching Flintstone instead of helping me to get the loan!! I don.t need nothing from this bank!! It,s over 1,000 Regions around the world!!!

  This branch is extremely unreliable. Always closed even when the door and website says they're open. I've given this branch way too many chances and they have failed me every single time. I will gladly drive to Hermitage to one of their locations from now on.

  Krissy was a horrible employee was rude and told me i couldn’t use my passport as an I.D I thought a passport covers 2 forms of I.D she made me so mad where I had to go to another Regions and get my money out I don’t think she should be there if your not happy with your dam Job .

  They need to update the hours, on Thursday was close at 4pm and the website said 5pm, I drove to the bank just to lose time. Not good!

  The red head is very rude poor customer service
