  It says that it is never closed and I just entered and the man yelled at me very rudely it is not open yet I answered him the DOOR IS OPEN THAT'S WHY BETWEEN RIDICULOUS

  Mr. Hernandez. We're so sorry you had this experience. The reason our sign says that we never close is because you can get an online loan from us 24/7. Our store, unfortunately, isn't open 24/7. That being said, you should have NEVER been yelled at, especially if the door was unlocked. I will take this up with the store manager and get the situation addressed.   I stopped by here since the location is convenient for me. I was instantly greeted by a teller named Rachel or Rachael? She assisted me with sending off very important documents and was very helpful! Will visit anytime I need to fax anything!

  I love this particular location. I met a Lady there name Kristen Cagle and not only is she great at her job she also became my friend. Her compassion, caring, and great costumer service that she has for people​is beyond means. She has helped me in so many ways that one day I went and bought her a boquet of flowers and I just don't do that for anyone. I have never met such a person. She is great

  I have never been to this location but when I call I have been misinformed 2 times. Both times gave resulted in me paying double after I have been granted an extension. I WILL NEVER use them again. The front they give you is not worth what they take -Trust !!

  Today I had a good experience at Advance Financial employee April was so great she was informal on information I was needing about a loan. She is so sweet, definitely will return to this location.

  Rachel is kind hearted I have been here since 330 and I’m just now leaving short of half an hour later but even tho I was irritated she was with me every step of the way n Rachel deserves a raise immediately!!!!
